-Sleep! Sleep is clutch. Many people sacrifice hours of sleep for work or other things that need to get done, but in doing so they also sacrifice efficiency, better focus and performance.

Better sleep = better you

-Don't count calories, eat nutrient dense meals. This is a biggie! You can have an avocado that may have more calories than a cookie, but that cookie has a way higher sugar content, no vitamins or minerals to fuel you, and the lack of fiber will leave you hungry again 10 minutes later. Choose foods that will nourish your body the most!

-Hydrate! If you have trouble remembering to drink water, try setting an alarm throughout the day or use an app like Plant Nanny to create reminders. Also, the next time you feel randomly hungry, try drinking water first! Most of the time people think they're hungry when they're really just dehydrated.

-Move as much as you can! Don't wait for your workouts to use your body. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Don't circle around the parking lot 25 times looking for the closest spot, but park further away and walk!! Take 2 minute stretch breaks at work. Foam roll while you watch TV. Use your body to the fullest because it is a blessing!
