Reasons why I love to workout:

It builds confidence that I can do difficult things

It challenges my mindset and increases focus

It makes my body feel amazing!!

It helps me sleep better

It makes me stronger

It gives me energy

It makes me happy

BECAUSE I CAN!!! So grateful for the ability to move, and I am never taking that for granted.
