We’ll talk about your goals, health and fitness history, lifestyle, and diet. From there, we’ll do a brief movement screen to check out your mobility and for any muscular imbalances. This allows me to create a customized program that will get you to your goals in the most efficient way possible!
After I’ve created your program, our first session together is on me! You’ll get a taste of what it’s like to partner together, and we can create a game plan for future sessions from there.
To be honest, I wasn’t sure that online personal training sessions were going to be effective. But I’ve discovered not only are they effective, but they actually have some perks!
-It’s easier to be consistent. Since sessions are done in the convenience of your own home, there’s no excuse not to show up!
-I can still call you out on poor form! I program sessions so that you don’t have to be adjusting your camera constantly.
-You gain confidence in doing workouts on your own. Whether you have a full home gym or just a pair of dumbbells, I’ll show you different ways of using the equipment you already have to get you to your goals.
-There’s privacy! You don’t have to worry about sharing equipment, and you can learn how to do new exercises without feeling ridiculous in front of other gym members. It’s a safe learning space!
