Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

What is FST?

FST is a science based method of stretching that feels AMAZING. Instead of focusing the stretch on the muscles, FST targets the fascia - the connective tissue that surrounds all of our organs and body systems. The results of FST are really impressive: increased range of motion, better posture, optimized athletic performance, better sleep... As a dancer and yogi, I’ve never found a method of stretching that’s proven to be this effective or feels so good!

 FAQ:

  • Will it hurt? Nope! You might feel some pulling in areas where you may be extra tight, but FST feels really good! I’ve even had clients fall asleep on the table.

  • What should I wear? I’ll be moving your body around quite a bit, so wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement.

  • How long is a session? An session is one hour, and I’ll cover full body (neck, shoulders, and hips). Before every session, I’ll ask how your body is feeling so that we can focus on the areas that might need some extra TLC.

  • How soon will I see results? Right away!
